Move in date from Sunday 3rd May onwards.
Move out 20th july latest (this is when the tenancy ends).

The flat is super bright and quiet. There's also a shared garden and access to the roof from our back door, which is ideal for sunbathing and morning coffees.

The flat is on Streatham Hill/Streatham high road with plenty of shops/restaurants/charity shops/pubs etc. We're a 5 min walk from Streatham Hill train station (10 min train to Clapham Junction). It's around 12 mins on the bus to Brixton/Balham for Victoria & Northern Line (& bus stop right outside the flat 😀) Or just under 30 min walk to Brixton.
