Double room available in Streatham Hill SW2

Hello! I'm moving up to Scotland soon and am looking for someone to take over my double room. The property is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom top-floor flat in Streatham Hill, 1930's build, with a communal garden and water fountains outside. Move in: by the 8th of May, though I can be a little flexible in either direction if need be.

You'll be joining my lovely flatmate Emily (30). Emily makes the meanest meatballs in the land, and I'll be very sad to say goodbye to her kitchen treats.

We're both available for viewings on most evenings and weekends, so just let me know when you'd like to come by :)
