Looking for someone to rent out spacious double room in a two bedroom flat with direct access to rooftop terrace. Ideally for a few months over the summer! Or even if you're working Wimbledon /need somewhere for a month or so.
You'd be sharing with just me - I work from home in travel so on the phones a lot - would suit someone who is at work most days. That said WFH is fine too! Looking for a relaxed gal (or guy!) who wants to come home to a nice chilled place but also happy to have company too. Play tennis a few times a week so am out and about a lot.
Massive sociable lounge with open plan kitchen. I also have an off road parking space if that helps! The roof top in the summer is so nice and really makes the room special.
The flat is in a good location - 10 minutes walk to either Streatham station ( direct train to Wimbledon/London Bridge/City Thameslink) or Streatham Hill (direct train to Balham/Victoria) and also regular buses to Brixton tube a minute walk away.
Tooting Common is 2 mins walk at the end of the road. Shops 2 mins walk away.
Move in and move out date flexible. Looking for someone who is keen short term - 1-3 months only.
