Spacious double room in peaceful garden flat

Hello! I am looking for a clean, tidy lodger to occupy the large double bedroom in my flat. There is a lovely sunny south facing private garden perfect for morning coffees and unwinding with a drink after work or at the weekends. The flat is on the ground floor of a semi-detached Victorian terraced house containing 3 other flats, on a quiet residential street, and has its own private entrance.

The bus is really quick to Brixton or you can get a train from Streatham Hill station to Balham, Clapham Junction, Victoria, London Bridge etc, so it's really well situated. Streatham High Road is busy but we are set back from the hustle and bustle on our road, and there are lots of useful amenities in walking distance, and Brockwell Park and Tooting Common are nearby for nice walks/runs.

I'm looking for someone fairly chilled and quiet, ideally over 30, and preferably a professional office-based person rather than WFH, as I often have to film audition tapes at home for my job. As a performer I have a very mixed schedule sometimes working late hours at my pub job, other times I'm up and out early for film shoots etc. I'm vegetarian but not fussy or precious if you eat meat. Occasionally friends come to stay but there is a sofa bed in the living room with a door separating the hallway that has the bathroom and your bedroom off it. This is NOT a party house but is full of working professionals living in the other flats in the building; that said I am very friendly and welcoming and keen to make a lovely new friend, but equally respectful of someone who just wants to enjoy their own space. :)
