Hi guys, we have a big double room in Streatham Hill available from the 20th of June. Rent is £800pm plus bills.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is lots of space for a desk if you work from home and big windows so lots of natural light.

The flat:
-A big, modern kitchen with gas hobs. Nice living area with TV + Netflix, prime video etc.
-One main bathroom plus a separate toilet and shower room — you’ll only share with one other person.
-Washer and dryer.
-Outdoor terrace with a BBQ that gets nice afternoon sun.

Area:
We’re a 5-minute walk from Streatham Hill Station with quick links to Balham, Clapham Junction, Battersea and Victoria. Buses nearby go directly to Brixton (Victoria Line), and Balham for the Northern Line is one stop away by train or a 20-minute walk. Other highlights:
-M&S and Tesco close by
-Tooting Common is a 10 minute walk away which is great in summer
-Nice cafes and pubs etc in nearby Balham

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with 3 girls in their mid-20s from New Zealand and the UK. We’re happy to have a guy or girl join the flat, outgoing flatmate is a guy. We work in education, admin, and as a vet nurse. We’re a pretty social flat — we love chatting after work, watching shows and going for a drink together, but also respect everyone’s space and downtime.
