My flatmate is sadly moving away from London and so I have an en suite room available from 16th June. With an ideal move in date between June 22nd-5th July.
🛌The room:
The en suite has a shower, bath, toilet and sink. There’s a smaller bathroom in the flat that has a toilet and shower as well.
The room has a large built-in wardrobe for plenty of storage, and beautiful french doors that lead onto a juliet balcony.
The room comes with the double bed, rug, and wardrobe.

🧾Rent and bills:
The rent is £950 per month
The bills come to approx £150 per month

👩‍🦰The flatmates:
You’d be living with Heidi (31, she/her). I work in web design in the arts sector. I love film, photography crafts, k-pop and 80's music. I wfh 2 days a week and spend my free time either cosy at home, or going to find delicious baked goods with friends. The flat isn't really a party place but always happy for you to have friends/partners over :)

Looking to share with someone who is looking for a similar vibe, LGBTQI+ friendly, enjoys having catch ups and hanging out sometimes whilst also having our own alone time and lives!

Ages between 25-35 and a non-smoker please. No couples.

🏙️The area:
The flat is located inbetween Tulse Hill station, Streatham Hill Station, and West Norwood station.
The stations are all around a 15 minute walk (I limebike this a lot!)
Tulse Hill station takes you straight to London bridge in 20 mins and Streatham Hill station takes you to directly to Clapham Junction + Victoria.

🌻Accessibility:
The property is a 1st floor flat that's all on one level.
There is no lift access. There are a few different levels of stairs to get to the property: 8 outside, 8 inside, then a U shaped staircase of 12 + 3 stairs

The flat is on a residential road with a low level of noise, and a doorbell is on the front of the flat for visitors/deliveries that you can let in with the intercom.

We also have access to the shared garden around the back of the building.

📝Tenancy: The tenancy will be rolling following the introduction of the Renters Rights Act.

The landlord requires a deposit of £950 and to meet you, with proof of employment.
