You’ll have your own bathroom. It’s not an en-suite, so it’s not within the bedroom. It’s separate from the bedroom, but is for your sole use. This has a bath and shower.
The living/kitchen space has a TV and all of the typical kitchen amenities.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement for you to use.
There’s also an outdoor patio. You can smoke out there.
You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I’m currently studying a masters degree. My bedroom is in the basement of the flat
