A furnished double room is available from early July in a spacious first-floor two-bedroom flat on a quiet residential street just off Streatham Hill High Road.

The flat is owned by friends of mine who are travelling for 12 months. I’m moving in and am looking for a friendly, professional flatmate to take the second bedroom.

The flat has a very recently renovated kitchen, a large and bright living room filled with plants, exceptionally fast WiFi and a dangerously comfortable sofa! Not photographed is a garden at the rear of the property too.

The room comes furnished and currently includes a standing desk (not photographed, and can be removed if preferred). Please note that the cycling turbo trainer shown in the photo will be removed before move-in!

A bit about me: I’m in my early 30s and work in central government. I'm in the office five days a week and outside of work I’m active, enjoy cycling, reading and the outdoors - I'm often outside of London at weekends.

I’m looking for a considerate, easy-going professional of a similar age who enjoys having a comfortable, relaxed home environment but also has their own interests, friendships and routines.
