Big Double Room in Spacious Sunny Flat!

We are looking for someone to take over the big double room in our flat!

The flat is a 8min walk from Tulse Hill station and 15mins from Streatham Hill, but we have multiple bus stops nearby (10mins walk) that can get you to Brixton Underground in 15mins.

The rent is £690 monthly, not including bills which are ~£90 (less in summer more in winter) per month and a one-off payment for water each tax year.

The flat has a big living room, one separate toilet and bathroom, and a small kitchen. There is also a large communal shared garden that you will have to access all year round.

To get onto the lease, you’ll need to pay a deposit of £500 to the flatmate that is leaving. There might also be a fee of £50 to the agency which we were only told about this year.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and also enjoys a peaceful and chill household as we work full-time and usually have early starts.

About us: Your new flatmates will be an Australian couple (Zoe and Dan) and a Portuguese woman (Maria). Maria has lived here for three years, now onto her fourth and Zoe and Dan have lived here for 2. We like to hang out occasionally with a board game or pizza night, but also like our own space. one of us works from home. The block of flats we live in is also mostly made up of families and older professionals so it's very quiet and friendly.
