Hi there, i am a private accredited landlord. One Xlarge double is available from 1/8/2026 in a 3 bedrooms flat in Streatham hill with rent of £1350 a month n this rent is inclusive of council tax fuels water and WiFi. Shared facilities include 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen dining n living. We have two single renters in the two other rooms. Fully furnished. The room has a really big sliding wardrobes, double ottoman style bed, desk, chair, beside table n work light and bed lamp too. The kitchen is fully furnished with two fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer, dryer, hobs, oven kettle microwave n toaster too with plenty of kitchen storages. The whole house has been fully renovated in July 2023 n is a registered HMO so we are fully complied. Zone 3 just minutes walk to Streatham hill station. Train takes u to Clapham, Croydon n London Bridge n Victoria n beyond. Shops gyms, banks, local n large supermarkets of different brands like Lidl’s, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Superdrug’s, Westburys too are just around the corner. Plenty of buses 109, 250, 159, 333, 417, 57, 45 n many more are 100 meters away.
