Cosy Double Room in Streatham hill

Hello,

I am moving out from my room at the beginning of September and I am looking for someone to replace me.
The flat is 6 minutes away from Streatham Hill station, 20 minutes away by bus from Brixton Station and 30 minutes away from Victoria Station with bus stops just below our flat.
Our flat is very clean, we keep a weekly rota we can share chores equally.
We have an entrance balcony which is nice for morning breakfast or late afternoon snacks (suitable for smokers).
Our living room is amazing to have friends and family over with our little TV and the kitchen is big enough to accept help from anyone when you are cooking.
My room is cosy with some good lighting, I am open to give away my furnitures for a discussed price (lmk!)

I'm Naomi, I work as a giftware designer (hybrid). I'm a real morning person, I love travelling, going to gigs, visiting exhibitions, long sunny walks and trying out new things. I do love a long kitchen chat, but usually do my own thing in the evenings.

I’m Emma, 28 years old, who works in publishing (hybrid as well). In my spare time I like going to the cinema, playing board games, making art, and essentially hanging out with friends! I like meal prepping and trying new recipes. I am also pretty organised and can offer free books too!
