Double Room in Streatham Hill

We’re looking for a female flatmate to join our 3-bedroom flat in Streatham Hill.

💰 £787.50 pcm (excluding bills) paid on the 5th of each month

Deposit £1050 (spare room only let me put £900)

Bills - per person £120-180 includes council tax, water, gas, electricity and WiFi

The flat is on the top floor of a lovely house and is fully furnished, including a shared kitchen (with dishwasher & washer/dryer), living/dining room.

Your room is the middle sized one in the flat and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws.

For an additional £50 Chelsea is happy to leave the chest of draws, mirrors and lamp for the incoming flatmate.

We also have a little furbaby called Nala, so any potential flatmates will have to be happy living with a cat! 🐱

About us:

Alice • 29 • Restaurant Manager. I’m a bit of a nerd, I’m a gamer, love to read, but also have an active lifestyle, I do pilates and yoga! Always up for a gossip, glass of wine and a movie night ☀️

Shelbs • 26 • Property Manager. Moved here from Aus, so takes every opportunity as it comes. Adores time with friends, being outside, THE SUN, and having a good yap. Forced gym girlie, but when up against the pub, the pub always wins 😤. Always up for a chat, but equally needs down time and respects personal space 🩵

Nala • 10 months • Housekeeper. Most perfect kitty you’ll ever meet. Gets the occasional zoomies, and an expert fly catcher (kinda). Keeps to herself most of the time, usually found on the windowsill contemplating life. Never has a CLUE what’s going on 🐈 🤏🏼

FYI: Cat litter + food stays in bed 1 en-suite and solely cared for by Shelby

📍 5mins walk to Streatham hill station, 20min walk Balham tube(northern line), tons of buses that can get you everywhere. 15/20mins to Brixton tube(Victoria line) Close to Tooting Bec Lido and Clapham Common for walks🌳🌿

🤩Room available 5th of August, with viewings required first.

📆 Min. stay: 6 months (prefer someone long term though)

🙋🏻‍♀️Looking for someone 25 and up, working full-time in London(no students sorry) option to WFH max 2 days a week. Someone who is tidy, happy to help with keeping the flat clean and is respectful of shared spaces and noise levels.
