Generous living space, a fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and a shared bathroom.

Large private balcony that wraps around the property and gets the sun for the majority of the day which is great for plants and beers.

Location

The flat is based in an apartment block on Streatham High Street.

We are at the back of the building, so we rarely hear much noise from the road.

There is a Tesco Express opposite, and an M&S, Co-op, Lidl and Sainsbury’s all close by.

We are very well connected for public transport.

We have a bus stop right outside with buses to Brixton or Streatham Station. We are a 5-minute walk from Streatham Hill Station, with links to Victoria, Balham and Clapham Junction.

About Your New Flatmates

You will have two great new flatmates.
Rhiannon is 30 and works as teacher.
Quentin is 29 and works as a physiotherapist.

We are tidy and considerate but we are also respectful of each other’s space.

One of the bedrooms has an en-suite, so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Price/Admin
You will be required to pay a small admin fee around £50 to get your name put on the lease, and there will also be a security deposit of £801.

Rent and bills are currently £1046.70 per month, which is broken down as follows:

* Water – £25.51
* TV Licence – £5.01
* Council Tax: £232

The lease is due to be renewed for April we think!
