Lovely Double Room with own Bathroom

I'm looking for a tenant to replace me in our lovely flat in Streatham Hill. It's a three-bedroom, two-level flat with a big living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. Washing machine with dryer, a fridge. Council tax is included in the rent. Bills ~£95pppm covering water, electricity, gas and wifi.

The property is on the first and second floors of a terraced house, with our lovely landlady living in a separate property only on the ground floor. Your bedroom, alongside your bathroom and the living room & kitchen are on the first floor. The second floor has two further bedrooms and a bathroom. Your bathroom is split between two rooms, one with a toilet+sink and the other a sink+bath/shower.

The bedroom is spacious, and comes with a wardrobe, dresser, mirror and bedframe. The rest of the furniture in the picture I will come with me when I move.

The location is great - approximately a 10min walk to Streatham Hill station, and a 10min walk to shops (Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury's), gyms and lots of pubs and restaurants. Tooting common is close by, so there's lots of green space.

The flatmates staying on as tenants are two girls from Brazil/Spain. Both professionals, with one working as a nanny and the other in the NHS. Sometimes working from home, but often in the workplace. They enjoy going out, relaxing at home and cooking. We have a weekly cleaning rota, so the flat is cleaned each week by one flatmate.

Ideally you are also a professional who thinks you'd fit in well with the existing flatmates. I genuinely love the flat and my flatmates, i'm only moving out to move in with my partner so i'd like for the new tenant to be great and someone they'd get along with.

I'll arrange for a professional cleaner to come round on the day of me moving out (4th October) so the space will be tidy ready for you to move your stuff in.
