Two rooms available in Streatham Hill from 1 October | Women in their 30s | £975–£982 including bills

We’re looking for two lovely women in their 30s to join our home from 1 October.

This isn’t your typical flatshare. The house has been a running tenancy for over ten years and has a really lovely, relaxed atmosphere. It was previously the landlords family home, and we’re keen to keep it feeling cared for, welcoming and somewhere you genuinely enjoy coming back to.

We each moved in individually and have been lucky to have found housemates that are easygoing, respectful, kind, fun and chilled. We all enjoy having our own time and space, but equally love coming together when the mood takes us. We’re looking for like-minded people who want that same balance.

It’s a three-storey house with a garden, and there’s loads of space to spread out:

* Four decent-sized bedrooms
* Two living rooms
* A bright conservatory
* Basement
* Large kitchen
* High ceilings
* Lots of natural light throughout
* A lovely garden, complete with hammock — perfect for lying in the sun
* Plenty of room to have friends and family over

There’s lots of scope to make the house your own and, importantly, to have guests without feeling like you’re living on top of each other.

We might cook together, watch TV, share a bottle of wine, or get on with our own thing. Sometimes the house is lively and social; sometimes everyone is doing their own thing. We really value that natural balance.

Two of the housemates are moving on to pastures new so you’ll be living with:

Amma, 33: works in Marketing & Comms, and also teaches and writes on the side. I love a good giggle and would definitely describe myself as a homebody. Give me a movie night (especially Marvel or a good rom-com), great music and an impromptu dance session and I’m happy.

I’m also the girl to come to if you need to borrow an accessory to complete the fit, always happy to help out!

Shal: 36, works in operations management. Also loves to laugh, real housewives addict, perfume head, loves cooking and eating good food, travelling, reading and either chilling with my dog or with friends. In summer you’ll find me at tooting lido. Is also the unqualified house nail tech 💅🏽

Yugi: 6, golden retriever and absolute cutie. Loves carrots, cuddles and his toy squirrel. He’s everyone’s best friend and an important part of the household, so you’ll definitely need to be a dog lover!

The house is in a great spot for getting out and about, with Tooting Common nearby, easy access to Streatham’s two stations & Balham.

We have two rooms available:

Room 1 – £975 including bills
A double bedroom.

Room 2 – £982 including bills
A larger double bedroom with its own sink.

Both rooms are unfurnished, although the outgoing tenants may be able to leave certain items behind by arrangement if useful.
