Double in Friendly Flat Share - Flexible Dates

Room availability is flexible!

Our housemate is moving out of our lovely house share after 3 years as she’s moving into a friends so moving dates are very flexible.

We have a large shared living room with amazing views across London, kitchen, bathroom, utility (washing machine) room and lots of storage. The landlord is great and very reactive if there is ever an issue but there hardly ever is, other than that he very much leaves us to it. This is a private rental but the landlord does require reference checks.

Rent is not inclusive of bills so all in it is roughly £955 (at the moment).

We are a 1 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station, 10 minute walk to Tooting Common, 30 minute walk to Balham tube and less than 15 minutes bus ride to Brixton tube (or 40 minute walk). We have a coop and a tesco across the road, Fitness First a few doors down or Pure Gym is a 7 minute walk as well as nice bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all around us.

About your new housemates

Dani - I’m 27 and work in marketing. Outside of work, I’m usually reading, at the gym, or out catching up with friends. I’m friendly, easygoing, and like to keep the place tidy and comfortable. I enjoy a good catch up over trash tv but also value downtime and personal space.

Laura (will be moving in mid-September)- Im 29 from Wales.
I’ve been in shared houses for years and have made great friends from them, but equally have my own social life in London too ☺️
In my spare time I do amateur theatre, love a pub trip, exploring London or a cosy night in too.
I work 9-5 as a PA, generally 2 days at home 3 days in the office.
