Beautiful, light double room in all-female home

I’m Maz, and I have lived here with Tabby and Lily for nearly two years. I am making the move to the countryside, and am very sad to be letting this beautiful home in South London go. But alas, I must...

If you are looking for a place to stay with two of the most caring, lovely and funny people, you are in luck!

** We can be flexible on move date, please let us know your specific circumstances, as it would be possible to move much sooner. **

The Bedroom
The whole house gets an incredible amount of natural light in, but this room in particular is the best because it looks out directly onto the garden, which is south facing.

High ceilings give the room a lovely, airy feel. It's such a nice space to work in.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There’s also a great built-in bookshelf/storage space.

The rest of the house
Kitchen & bathroom - Light, modern and with everything you need. Oh, and has a bath!

The nook - Great reading spot and useful for extra storage. We have a lot of guitars and music bits in there currently.

Garden - Well-kept outdoor space with lots of beautiful flowers and plants.

There is also an attic with space for extra storage.

Access - Up 1 flight of stairs. There are also stairs that take you down into the garden.

Please note - the house does not have a living room, but I truly haven’t noticed this as the kitchen is the main place we socialise, or you can always retreat to the nook.

About your new flatmates
You will be sharing with Tabby and Lily. Lily works in fashion and is in the office 9-5, is an amazing cook and has lovingly tended to the garden all summer; Tabby is a brilliantly talented designer and creative, and works as a bookseller part-time too.

Local amenities
Marks & Spencer's, Co-op (4 min walk). Lidl, B&Q, lots of other high street shops (10 min walk). Great cafés and work spots all along Streatham High Road and down to Brixton too. Cornercopia is a super cute independent plant/gift shop, just up from us. Good charity shops too.

Transport
Streatham Hill train station is just at the bottom of the road (4 min walk). Otherwise, quickest route is usually to jump on the bus to Brixton - they come very frequently. If you prefer, you can also walk to Balham and get the tube from there.

Tulse Hill train station is also walkable, and will get you directly on the Thameslink into the city quickly.

Brockwell Park and Lido are close by, with Tooting Common even closer.
