We have found and secured a lovely bright 4 bed house with garden, moments from Streatham Hill Station. We are looking for a 4th person to join us for the start of our tenancy on 26th May.

We have arranged a viewing this Sat 19th May from 10: 45 - 11: 20 for potential housemates to view and meet the other tennants.

Room;
Double room with built in wardrobe, plenty of storage space, bed and desk. Room is located at back of house overlooking the garden.

House;
There are two bathrooms located on the 1st floor, plus a seperate toilet. Downstairs there is a large living room with doors onto the garden, kitchen and eat in dining room also with access to the garden. There is on street parking available with no permit needed. It is a residential road just off Streatham High Road, where there are plenty of buses down into Brixton (Victoria line), Streatham Hill station is only a 7 minute walk from the house, which serves Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Victoria.

Us;
We are three girls who have lived together for the last year, we all work full time, I work in Publishing (Lucy), Laura works in Sales and Anna is a Nurse. We do occasionally socialise together, cooking meals and nights out, though we do also have our own sets of friends and interests.

We're looking for someone who is interested in being part of a social house, although not a party house. We're looking forward to using the garden for a few get togethers/BBQ's over the summer.

The agency requires 6 weeks deposit plus 1 months rent in advance, plus 1 weeks agency fee.

£145. 50 - Admin fee
£526 - 1st months rent
