We have a room available in our 4-bed house-share. The house is situated in Henry Tate Mews, which is a stunning gated development equidistant from Streatham Hill and Streatham Common station.

The houses themselves are securely located within the gated Henry Tate Mews, which boasts its own orchard, plus its own gardens and ruins, stretching over 6 acres! We have a garage for storage and parking out front, which is free for residents of the flat.

The house itself has a kitchen, dining room and living room, plus it's own private garden. The room is fully furnished, although you can remove the furniture and store it in the garage if you don't want to use it. An agency takes care of the property, so a credit check will need to be conducted by them prior to you moving in.

About us: We are 3 professional males looking for someone to fill our last room. We are all fairly sociable and friendly, up for the odd night out together and the odd meal together during the week.
