**We are considering between two great people so are NOT taking any more requests for viewings.**

Hello potential flat sharers ....A single room is available in my large cosy home over two floors with direct access to our own garden. Full use of the whole flat. Yes NATURIST - ***please understand this (98% of respondents do not understand) … **if you don’t know what naturist is then this is not the home for you.**
I have had over 250 responses. I will know from your first message if you actually understand the advert and if I think you do then I will invite you to talk on the phone. To the others I’m very sorry but I just cannot respond to such an excessive volume.
There are 3 of us, (professionals - in the true sense of the word) and the challenge now is to find that unique and very special someone else who will easily fit in with our relaxed, social, friendly and very unique way of life.
We are not a party house, we have a quiet, relaxing, cosy home but we are social, also understanding the need for an individual's privacy, but with an open door attitude (meaning we do not lock ourselves away...). If you like to spend your time in a relaxed friendly environment, well this is one place.
4 to 5 minutes walk from Streatham Hill train station (zone 3) with quick trains to both Victoria and London Bridge, lots and lots of buses to Brixton and the Victoria line plus 15 minutes walk to Balham and the Northern line. A short bus journey to Streatham station for Blackfriars and the Thameslink trains. 4-5 minutes walk to Tooting Bec common.
We are seeking a relaxed, thoughtful, considerate professional (includes your attitude). Come and view and have a glass of wine with us so we can all establish if we will fit together. If you want to constantly hide away in your room, please do not make contact***. If you are open and relaxed, then this might be the place for you.
Architect, film maker and the remaining flatmate is in law. We have fast internet (doesn't everyone?) and everything you can expect (CH, washing machine etc) 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, 4 bedrooms, large quiet garden (we grow our own vegetables - they taste so much better than supermarket ones) with bar-b-q and a hot tub is planned. On street parking plus secured off street parking if needed and a secure place for bicycles.
If you have reached this far, then you could be that extra special person.
