Bright bedroom in 3 bed Edwardian maisonette

I am looking for a flatmate to take over the one of three bedrooms in the flat. I am the homeowner and have created a homely atmosphere over the years that I have lived there.

Whilst I no longer live there, there are two other flatmates who you would be sharing with. I'm very keen to keep the warm / friendly vibe going with housemates sharing meals from time to time whilst also retaining your own independence.

The flat has a spacious living room with high ceilings throughout and a well appointed kitchen. The room itself is a decent size with a double bed and a wardrobe, plus space for a desk (not included).

A cleaner comes every other week to clean the entire flat and there is on-street parking as well. No deposit is required and am happy with just doing a rolling monthly contract. I manage all the bills so no need to worry about the admin side of things and so it is just £790 all in for the room.

Streatham Hill station is right at the bottom of the road 5 minutes walk, with buses also frequently shooting down the road to Brixton tube. There’s also a wide variety of local shops and cafes etc set within the friendly community of Streatham Hill.
