THE BEDROOM:: Good sized double bedroom (12ft x 10ft) overlooking the garden. Newly redecorated with double bed, built in wardrobe and free standing wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, shelving, new carpet and underlay. .
THE LOUNGE: With two chairs, settee, table small working top and chair, TV package and Netflix. New carpet.
THE KITCHEN: A very large fully fitted kitchen with two cookers (gas and electric), two fridge/freezers and a dining table for four.
THE CONSERVATORY: overlooking the garden with washing machine.
THE GARDEN: ONE HUNDRED FOOT long south facing garden complete with garden lighting, perfect for BBQ's, and a good sized shed for storage.
In addition there's a bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC and additional WC and a large boarded attic for storage.
TRANSPORT: The house is approx. 0.5 miles away from either Tulse Hill or Streatham Hill train stations.
