You’d be sharing with me — an easy-going guy in his mid-40s with a mix of interests and a fairly relaxed routine.
The room is a small double with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers.
The bathroom and kitchen were refurbished three years ago and are in very good condition.
The flat is in a lovely 1930s art-deco block with stunning communal gardens. Location is excellent — five minutes’ walk from Streatham Hill station and moments from buses, food shops, restaurants etc.
Open to accommodate other circumstances such as 4 days per week for pro-rata rent.
