Huge Double Room for Short Term Let - £850pcm

We’re looking for a non-smoking professional to join our friendly flat share (no social smokers please) on a short-term basis while I visit family abroad. You should be quiet, clean and tidy. You’ll need to be happy to live with a cat.

Huge fully-furnished double room available in friendly house to share with Anna (civil servant), Hannah (graphic designer), and Freddie (the cat). We have lived here for six years and 2 years respectively. The room is available from 16 November until the end of March (dates are slightly flexible).

We are on a quiet, leafy, neighbourly street set back from Streatham High Road. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, parks and a cinema nearby. Transport is fantastic; Streatham Hill Station is only a 5/6 minute walk away and Streatham 8-10 minutes walk away. Bus stops are less than a minute away with buses serving everywhere from Tooting to Brixton, Croydon to Liverpool Street and Oxford Street. Streatham station is a 10/11 min walk away with trains into Farringdon (25 mins) and many other central locations.

House has all mod cons including central heating, washing machine, Virgin TV and high speed broadband. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week, and a very large garden.

Rent is £850 pcm including an £850 deposit, and is inclusive of all bills. While we don't want a couple staying here the full term, we don't mind if you have guests from time to time.
