The flat has just gone on the market. I have been advised that in the currently climate it is likely to be a minimun of 5 months at best before it sells. The rent had been droped to allow for the inconvienice of allowing people to view the property. There would always be a minium of 6 weeks notice given prior to being asked to move out.
