The flat is set across two floors with a kitchen, large lounge, balcony and bathroom with a bath and a shower. The flat is only a short walk from both Finsbury Park and Crouch Hill stations.
There is one room available: Comfortable double £770 per month excluding bills.
You would be sharing with Fiona and Ruth, both aged 27, who work in the architecture and energy industries respectively. We are easy going but do like to keep the house clean and tidy. Ideally, we are looking for a friendly, likeminded female who is considerate to live with and would like to spend some time together as a flat when we are all around - brunch, wine, etc. - but equally has their own interests and group of friends.
