The room is very large, and furnished with double bed, sofa/sofa-bed, wardrobe and side table. I also have some new furniture in the room (large desk and chairs, coffee table, chest of drawers) that I'll be taking with me, but happy to leave some behind if you need it for a reasonable price. The bed is new and has a thick memory foam mattress. The room is larger than I can easily photograph, so it's worth a look if you're looking for a big place. I've used it as both a bedroom and a living room - it's a large open plan space. the room itself looks out onto Ferme Park road, and the back of the flat overlooks Parkland Walk, the local nature trail from Finsbury Park to Highgate. It's a quiet street but within a short distance to the pubs and cafes of Stroud green road.
Monthly rent is £598.00, and to move in you would need to pay one months rent plus a £560.00 security deposit in advance. No additional fees to get you added to the contract, referenced, etc. The landlord will require references from an employer and previous landlord.

- Gas/Electricity £24.25 PCM**

You would be sharing with Kat, Callum and Camille - all working in the arts. We are friendly, sociable people, who keep a respectful atmosphere and get along well, although the flat doesn’t have a living room, so ideally our new flatmate would be someone who is up for a chat or a drink but has their own thing going on too.
Finsbury Park underground and buses are an easy 10 minute walk away, and within a 5 minute walk you can find an array of food shops, restaurants, a GP, pubs, etc. The bus stops just outside the house too so you can catch that to Finsbury park in 5 mins or less if accessibility is important.
Callum and myself moved in 5 years ago, Kat a d Camille joined last summer, so we have a good relationship with the landlord, who owns a lot of properties nearby and is easily reached and very helpful.
I have to move out of the city due to family reasons, otherwise I'd have stayed here - it's a great area and a great flat, the best I've found in London so far. As I'm hoping to move out quickly I'm happy to reduce the first rent payment by £50 as stated if agreed before 30th April and the move in date is before the 5th.
