Cosy double in Crouch Hill/ Finsbury Park

Spacious double room available in our lovely Finsbury Park flat, at the bottom of Crouch Hill.
The flat is a four minute walk from Crouch Hill Station and 12 minute walk from Finsbury Park Station on the Victoria line making it really easy to get into Central London.

The room is spacious, if could easily fit a desk/ TV, there is a big wardrobe, it is being re furbished with a new carpet fitted. We have a nice bright bathroom with a good shower. The kitchen is long with a washing machine and a good hob/ oven. The living room is cosy (perfect for those wine & tele evenings). The flat has loads of light and really feels like a home.

You would be sharing with myself, an English teacher (though Irish with a love of film and music) and Valentina a dance teacher. We both enjoy film, photography, going to gigs/ galleries, books, crafty stuff and cooking.
We are looking for a person who wants to have a glass of wine or beer together but enjoys doing their own thing. We like to keep the flat clean and are respectful of each other. There are lots of excellent pubs (my fave being the Robin)/ cafes/ restaurants in the area and a cinema down the road. Rent is £585 a month & with bills comes to just over £700 per month.
