Double Room In Stroud Green

This is a lovely room, in a spectacular flat, full of all the charm you would expect of an Edwardian home, fireplaces, picture rails, sash windows. the kitchen and hallway have been newly decorated. A cleaner comes in once a week to help keep it clean. Indeed we are all clean freaks, so the home is as comfortable as can be.

The room itself is good sized double. The photographs don't really give a sense of its size which is around 14 1/2 foot long and 9 !/2 ft wide.. Indeed all of the rooms are unusually large for a London flat. The kitchen is 20 ft x 14! and the sitting room is a similar size. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. there is a desk and of course a double bed with a new John Lewis mattress. It's at the top of the house. so quiet, a perfect place to write or study in. .

My flatmate and I were discussing why we like living here and what makes it work for us. We agree because it is homely. The flat is lovely and spacious on three floors with three bathrooms and so we never feel on top of each other. Because we have two large reception areas, a kitchen and a sitting room, we love to sit and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine together. It is good to enjoy the camaraderie of living together, telling each other about our days and commiserating about the horrors of London and celebrating its joys. It is very much a house to relax and feel at home in, and for this reason and because we lead busy lives, we prefer to leave the party outside, and keep our flat as home.
All bills are included, Oh and I forgot the most important being in the house is the dog! Elsie a very pretty glen of imaal terrier!
