Unfurnished King Size Room in Stroud Green N4

I am seeking a tidy professional to share my 2-bedroom flat in the desirable Stroud Green area. The room is available from the 24th of June and is unfurnished, allowing you to create your own comfortable living space with your furniture. This spacious room can easily accommodate a bed, sofa, and table/desk.

The flat has a small kitchen and shared bathroom but no separate living room. As such, I'm looking for a flatmate who values cleanliness, tidiness, and respects communal areas.

Ideally, you'll be someone who:
- Is a working professional
- Shares the same values of maintaining a clean, organised home
- Can easily keep communal areas tidy after use
- Doesn't mind having their own "studio" set up in the bedroom

I work and study so I keep mostly to myself during weeknights, but I'm easygoing and happy to hang out occasionally on weekends if we get along. The flat is conveniently located near Crouch End, Harringay Green Lanes, and Finsbury Park, with excellent transport links to central London.
