Hi All, we have a room for rent for a couple that will be available from the beginning of September!
Beautiful big room (with ensuite) available in our Finsbury Park house. You will be living with myself (27) and my partner (26). We split the rent equally 4 ways.
Total rent for the room is £1602 excluding bills which are normally around £150 per month. Rent includes a cleaner who comes once a week.
About the room: Large light filled room on the 2nd floor with a king bed, skylight and giant ensuite with a shower and bath.
About the house:
Beautiful 3 story house in Stroud Green/Finsbury Park. A short walk to Harringay Overground and 15min walk to Finsbury Park station.
The house is newly renovated, has a large kitchen with a dishwasher. A beautiful big lounge room and a spare room that is used as an office space/room for visitors. There is a laundry with washing machine & dryer.
About Us:
Ben and I have been in London for a year and a half. I work full time as a primary school teacher and Ben works in Tech. Both originally from Sydney's Northern Beaches.
About you:
Sociable mid-20s working professional. Must have a full-time contract/evidence of income and be able to show evidence of the right to work/live in the UK. All tennants must sign the lease. The lease will be for 1 year
