I have 1 x double bedroom in a 2 bed flat for rent from mid October. It's moments from busy and bustling Stroud Green Road, but the flat itself is set in a quiet family estate.

With Stroud Green Road so close you can access the many restaurants, dry cleaners, corner shops, and local pubs within minutes. Finsbury Park tube is less than a 10 minute walk, or 1 bus stop away. From there you can get the Piccadilly or Victoria line, or the overland if you need to head to the city. There are also good bus links to most places.

Rent is £900 per month + bills of approx. £180 each per month which includes council Tax (band C), gas and electricity, water, highspeed broadband(300 mb/s) with basic tv package, TV license.

The bathroom and kitchen have both been modernized to a high standard and there is a spacious living room.

I’m a 50s male and work as a TV director. Clare, the non live-in owner, is a friend of mine and I shared the flat with her for 2 years during lockdown. I’ve lived in north London for many years. My current, female, flatmate is moving out.
