We are looking for a couple to join our flat share starting early September as our current flatmates are moving back to Aus :)
The house is super spacious and furnished and has a kitchen, living room and spare bedroom which is shared with all tenants. The top floor bedroom is very spacious and includes an en suite and a king size bed.
The house is in a safe, residential area and is very well connected - a 5 min walk from Harringay station/ Crouch Hill station and a 15min walk from Finsbury Park station.
Current housemates are myself, Louise, and my boyfriend Benji, we are both 26 and enjoy going for coffee/pub/food, running, sports, the occasional music event and also chilling watching TV. Would love to find housemates who are keen to socialise!
Rent is £1,682 for the couple, so £841 per person including a weekly cleaner but excluding bills. Bills are roughly £140pp each month incl. water, gas/electricity, council tax, internet.
