We are looking for a new housemate to share our lovely house close to Finsbury Park. (10 min walk from Finsbury Park Station / 5 min from Crouch Hill Overground station.)
The room available is an ensuite with extra storage space.
Room comes with double bed (with under bed storage) and a very spacious wardrobe.
We're just looking for someone who we can hang out with and yap together over a beer (plenty of great pubs in the area)
The house is well organized with everything you could possibly need.
We also have a balcony with (fake) grass to hang out during summer time.

Bilal - working a bicycle shop
Tommy - VFX
Dan - NHS Therapist
Landlord is saying something around £800 pcm plus bills (which are quite low!)
You will have your own contract for your room.
