Hi!

My flatmate is moving out of our shared flat on the 3rd of September, so I am looking for someone to take his furnished room in Crouch Hill / Stroud Green very soon.

About me:

I am a young professional working in an architects’ office in Angel. I like to socialise, the local is only a few minutes away and we’re close to Hampstead and Highgate, but as I have a busy 9-5 I’m respectful of downtime and looking for someone in a similar position. Ideally looking for someone with similar personality and working hours, the flat isn’t suitable for students or pet owners.

About the flat:

It’s a 2 bedroom flat, with a recently renovated bathroom and cosy living area, located in the leafy Holly Park Estate just off Stroud Green Road. Holly Park Estate is tucked off the main road and is safe and quiet, there are lots of families and other young professionals here.

Your bedroom is a good sized double room, furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (photographs show flatmate’s additional furnishings).

The flat is on the 4th floor of 5, with a great view from the bedrooms looking south over the city and really nice natural daylight.

Great location + very commutable:
- Crouch Hill Overground (Suffragette Line) at end of the road, 1 min walk.
- Bus Stop at the end of road which services the W7 to Finsbury Park, 1 min walk.
- Finsbury Park Train and Tube Station (Victoria and Piccadilly Line), 15 min walk or 5 min bus.
- Archway Tube Station (Northern Line), 20 min walk

The flat is close to Stroud Green, Crouch End, Highgate and Hampstead, so plenty of great places for food, drink, events within a few minutes walk.

I moved in at the end of March and have really enjoyed living here, the flat is nice and in a great spot!

The boring stuff:

£800 rent a month (not including bills), paid directly to the landlord.

£800 deposit paid directly to the landlord upon signing, to be returned at the end of tenancy.

All bills (council tax, wifi and energy) are divided equally between us, which will be transferrable to me each month, no hassle having to set them up yourself. Generally has come to £140/150 a month each depending on energy use and happy to provide bills as they are issued.

The contract length is 12 months, to be discussed with the landlord.
The landlord is very helpful and quick to reply to any messages and get things around the flat sorted.

My flatmate is moving our on the 3rd of September, so move in date would be after then, but is negotiable with the landlord.

No students or couples please.
