The room is a good‑sized, genuinely quiet double (single occupancy) with proper storage and a small work area. The flat is split‑level with a large kitchen/breakfast bar and a modern bathroom/wet room. Residents’ parking is right outside, and Finsbury Park station is close enough to make commuting painless.

The area has everything within a short walk — supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies, hairdressers — plus the park for a bit of green space.

About me: I’m a creative, outgoing marketing consultant involved with a local theatre in the evenings. Interests include travel, fitness, design, literature and the performing arts. I’ve lived in London most of my life and still enjoy exploring its quieter corners — canal paths, rooftops, and the occasional eclectic gathering.

I’m looking for a professional who works on‑site during the day and wants a calm, reliable Monday–Friday home. My last weekday lodger and I had the ideal rhythm — he left early, I started later, and we passed like friendly ships in the night. It kept the flat peaceful and easy for both of us.
