A good-seized and very quiet double bedroom (single occupancy) in a Victorian conversion split level flat with plenty of storage space as well as a separate work area. The flat itself is set on the middle floor and has a large, separate kitchen with breakfast bar plus a modern bathroom/wet room. Residents' parking available right outside the building, plus excellent transport options from Finsbury Park.

Both, the local high street with anything from hairdresser, pharmacy and supermarket and the park and other green escapes are just a stone's throw away.

I am a creative, outgoing professional male with a broad range of interests from travel and fitness to performing arts, design and literature. I work as marketing consultant by day, and support the local theatre in the evenings.

Having lived in London for the most of my life I'm still fascinated by all aspects of the city.
