There is a spacious open plan living room/kitchen area, leading out to a very large balcony/roof terrace.

Myself (25) and Joe (29) are looking for somebody to replace our outgoing flatmate who we've lived with here for two years. We're finance professionals who work 3 days a week in the office, 2 at home - though plenty of space to WFH as needed regardless. We like to socialise and go out to the football, pub, running, etc, and at home we are quiet and tidy.

12 min walk to Earlsfield Station (4 mins to CJ, 15 to Waterloo). Plenty of buses. 2 min walk to Lidl. Car parking spaces can be rented from the landlord - will need to check.

Contract is a 12 month tenancy, with a break clause stipulating 2 months' notice.
