Large Double Bedroom in Earlsfield Flat Share

I'm moving out of my lovely double bedroom in Summerstown, Earlsfield (SW17) and looking for a friendly flatmate to replace me. The room is available from mid-December. The tenancy runs until the end of March 2026 with potential to extend.

You'll be sharing with Ben who is a 28 y/o civil servant. He is super friendly and considerate and has been the perfect flatmate to live with. He is an excellent cook and enjoys relaxed evenings in, as well as fun nights out at the pub. He works in the office most days and from home once or twice a week.

The flat is in a modern development between Earlsfield (15-min walk, with trains into Waterloo) and Tooting Broadway (20-min walk, Northern line). The area feels very modern and calm but with easy access to shops, pubs and restaurants towards either Earlsfield or Tooting. There is a large Lidl, Starbucks and other shops just across the road, and a great gym (Hybrid Fitness) with squash and padel courts.

You will have sole use of a good sized bathroom next to the bedroom (the other bedroom has an en suite). The room has lots of natural light and has a great spot for a desk against the floor to ceiling window. The bedroom is unfurnished but the kitchen and living room are furnished and well stocked.

We are on the fifth floor so it feels very bright. We have an amazing view of the AFC Wimbledon pitch and we occasionally get discounted tickets to games. There is a balcony off from the living room which is a nice spot for a drink in the summer.

The rent is £1,207.50 per month. Bills are approximately £150-200 per month, including high speed internet and TV licence. Council Tax Band D.

There is a dedicated secure carpark underneath the building and people often advertise permits for rent.
