Me: I'm a freelance programmer and I've lived in San Fran, Canada & Barcelona. I'm interested in Business, Tech and Politics and I've tried my hand at a few startups. I'm a very chilled out / outgoing person and also very clean and like to keep the place tidy.

Transport is good with the Surrey Quays Overground roughly 5 - 10 mins walk that takes you northbound to Shoreditch in ~17 mins and Southbound to Clapham Junction in ~30 mins. There's also the Canada Water Jubilee line that takes you to London Bridge in 2 stops or Canary Wharf in 1 stop and is around a 15 min walk (or you can be lazy and take the overground 1 stop to Canada Water).

There's also the Thames Clipper river boat at the bottom of the road that can take you to Canary Wharf in a few minutes or westbound to all stops on the Thames (Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Blackfriars etc). The river boat is a much nicer travel experience than the underground in my opinion.

There's a gym literally over the road from the apartment & swimming pool around 10 - 15 mins walk. Both are operated by the same company and the membership is ~£50 p/m. Bills are excluded but the flat has 1Gb fibre Hyperoptic internet. Here's a break down of the shared bills.
