There is a separate toilet and bathroom. The kitchen has a sitting area and each room comes fully furnished (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed).
THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM AT THIS PROPERTY. There are 4 rooms in total.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (plus unlimited wifi) but our gas and electricity contribution is capped to £120 per month.
