We are a young professional couple and we have a 6 years old son and 3 year old daughter.
We live in an end terrace 2 bed house. The area benefits from Surrey Quays shopping centre which is a 10m walk.
We are looking for someone who is happy, tidy and understanding to live with a young family. They have to be considerate and just a decent person really 😊
The room is a large en-suite double and fu
rnished with a desk, chair, double bed, wardrobe and cupboard.
All bills are included - Water, gas, electric, council tax, internet (500mbs with Community Fibre) and TV license. Washing machine and separate dryer. We also have a Virgin Pure water machine with instant cold and Hot water.
We will be responsible for the general cleaning of the house and shared areas. You will be responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of your own room.
The room is available from 10th July.
