You are welcome to use the lounge/dining room /balcony and of course the kitchen. There is fibre optic broadband. If you want to leave a few bits and pieces over the weekend that's fine.
I work in IT in the City. I'm pretty laid back. I can be as sociable as you want.
The closest station is Surrey Quays (4 mins) for the Overground and Canada Water (11 mins) for the Jubilee line and Overground.
