The flat is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with one of them used as sharing/guest and the second en-suite for the advertised room.

There is a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and all the usual perks in the kitchen.
The flat has underfloor heating and comes fully furnished although the pictures from the room display a chest of drawers and personal items from the previous tenant.

The bills are not included. We usually pay a total of £300 shared between the tenants to a joint account. Twice a year we do skip payments as we usually spent less on bills.

Bills include 150mb fibre internet, electricity, heat and council.
