- The flat is in a first floor so just few stairs. It is warm and with plenty of natural light.

- It is inside a gated community with parking, communal green space, security cam, gardener and window cleaner

- Couples are welcome as long as the bills are adjusted accordingly. Note the room is rather tight for two people.
