A house to call home.

Hello everyone, we are looking for a new female flatmate to live in one of the ground floor double rooms, available in a 4-bed house, in Surrey Quays/Canada Water. (Flexible move-in date)

The flatmates:
Three girls. All professional and working in the central London. Love socialising with each other but busy schedules sometimes come in the way. We meet for the occasional dinner and tea during the week after work and make sure we organise the occasional seasonal house gathering for a proper catch-up!!

The available double-room is fully furnished, including:
- Table and chair
- Sofa
- Chest of drawers and shelf
- Big wardrobe

The house:
- Three bathrooms (1 ensuite)
- Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge 1 washing machine 1 and microwave (cutlery, glassware etc. also provided) AND a smaller kitchenette downstairs with sink, fridge 2 and another washing machine 2
- Large living room with 2 sofas, dining table, TV

Location:
- 10 minute bus ride to Canada Water on the 199 bus (1 minute from the house)
- 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays underground
- 15-20 minute walk to Canada Water.

Price:
The price for the available room is £660 a month EXCLUDING bills. With bills the rent is approximately £750 a month.
