Flat with spacious living room in great location

We are renting a two rooms: a double bedroom and a single bedroom within a 2 bedroom flat in front of Surrey Quays, with a spacious living room.

The house is located at a wonderful location, a short walk away from several large supermarkets (5 minutes from Tesco Extra, 10 minutes from Aldi), is well connected to the tube (7 minutes from Jubilee Line and 5 minutes to Overground), is close to a lot of nice local pubs (try the Moby Dick for a spacious place) , is right next to the Thames and Greenland dock and next to different parks (Southwark Park and Russia Docklands). It's also a 5 minute walk from a gym (and 7 to a swimming pool).

We are looking for a person, or couple, who are friendly and easy-going. We like to get to know our tenants personally and construct a bond with them so if you're moving and looking for someone that knows the area (I have lived there for 10 years) this is the place for you!
