Female flatmate needed in Surrey Quays!

We are seeking a new flatmate move in from late March with the intention of staying for approx. Over a year.

Our dream flatmate must be a tidy, easy-going, non-smoking, female, aged 27-34. Someone who is social who we could share a glass of wine with after a long week. Both of us work in Education. The flat is lovely so we’re after someone who will love it as much as we do and continue to make it a home.

The room: 1 double room available in a three-bedroom apartment. The flat is in modern new build apartment and currently occupied by 2 female very easy going and polite young professionals. It's a bright room with half Ottoman Divan bed with lots of storage underneath. In addition, the room contains a double wardrobe with a chest of draws and bedside table, all from Ikea.

The flat: It has an open plan kitchen/dinning room with built in washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, multifunctional oven and modern shared bathroom with bath tub/shower. We also have access to buildings bike storage shed.

Location: Very quiet residential location with excellent transport links and local shops. Just 10 minute walk to Surrey Quays (Overground) or 20 Canada Water (Jubilee Line, night tube) stations. Both Lidl & McDonalds are only a 5 minute walk away and Surrey Quays shopping centre & Tesco Extra is a 10 minute walk. The flat is located opposite a 225 bus stop meaning very easy access to Canada Water Station, Deptford High Street and Lewisham.

Within walking distance, there are few parks to enjoy. Deptford park (2 mins), Southwark park (10 mins), river Thames path/Surrey Docks Water sport centre (15 mins) and local bus 188 will take you to Greenwich park.

The landlord is fab and will fix all problems no matter how small. Current bills (March 2022 £80 approx per person, per month (TV licence, council tax, internet, gas & electricity) Water bill is paid quarterly.

The rent for the bedroom is £490. Deposit is £576.92
