Hi, I’m Mike the live-out landlord. As you can see from the pics, the property has undergone a full and comprehensive renovation and has been customized specifically for sharers.

Its a sociable house made up of 2 boys and 2 girls, aged between 22 & 29 who enjoy a glass of wine or a beer in the evenings. They take pride in the flat and have a cleaning rota to ensure it’s kept clean and tidy (as well as a weekly cleaner which is included in the rent).

If you are a sociable and respectful 20 something looking for a great place to live then look no further.

Your bedroom comes with double bed, double wardrobes, chest of drawers and black-out blinds or curtains. The bedrooms have 4 power points per room and LED strip lighting.

2 bathrooms and one additional WC. Each bathroom has high quality appliances and a double mirrored cupboard with storage space for toiletries.

There is a Tesco superstore and Lidl supermarket both within 10 minutes walk. A small convenience store at the end of the street (2mins) for daily essentials. Also within 10 minutes is Surrey Quays shopping Centre which has a range of shops, banks, pharmacies, coffee shops etc.
