Hi, I’m Mike the live-out landlord. As you can see from the pics, the property has undergone a full and comprehensive renovation and has been customized specifically for sharers.

Its a sociable house made up of 2 boys and 3 girls, aged between 22 & 29 who enjoy a glass of wine or a beer in the evenings. They take pride in the flat and have a cleaning rota to ensure it’s kept clean and tidy (as well as a weekly cleaner which is included in the rent).

If you are a sociable and respectful 20 something looking for a great place to live then look no further.

Your bedroom comes with double bed, double wardrobes, chest of drawers and black-out blinds or curtains. The bedrooms have 4 power points per room and LED strip lighting.

2 bathrooms and one additional WC. Each bathroom has high quality appliances and a double mirrored cupboard with storage space for toiletries.

A Spacious Kitchen Diner with Breakfast bar, TV, washer and a large double American fridge freezer. Each bedroom is allocated its own kitchen storage space and also has access to additional communal facilities.

The property is very well connected by bus and rail. It’s a 9-minute walk to both Surrey Quays and Bermondsey South which benefits from the overground and Southern rail. The Jubilee Line is available from Canada Water, one-stop from Surrey Quays and regular bus routes are available less than 1-minute walk from the property.

There is a Tesco superstore and Lidl supermarket both within 10 minutes walk. A small convenience store at the end of the street (2mins) for daily essentials. Also within 10 minutes is Surrey Quays shopping Centre which has a range of shops, banks, pharmacies, coffee shops etc.
