Hey there,
I am (current flatmate) sadly moving out and my lovely double room will be available to move in from 1st May.
We had a wonderful time together and I am looking for someone who will appreciate and love the flat as much as I did.
The room comes furnished and includes bed with mattress, wardrobe, and cupboard plus it has many sockets. It also comes with blackout curtains for those who enjoys sleeping. I have my own large desk from IKEA and let me know if you need it.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty storage in the kitchen. Private parking is available. There is no living room.
It is 3 people total living in the flat – me, lovely girl, and guy. All of us are friendly, easy going and respectful to each other.
Connections:
- Canada Water (tube station)
- Surrey Quays (overground station)
- Buses: 188, 47, 225, C10 and 1.
The area is really nice. The area is stylish and safe to live in, and you have the river by your side and nature just steps away plus the flat is located off the main road making it a suitable place to have a rest from the bustling city.
Deptford and Greenwich are also nearby to the house and known for its artsy environment and beautiful place to find some goodies.
Another advantage of the area is close location of supermarkets like Tesco, Lidl, Waitrose, or Sainsbury’s depending on your budget and preferences.
