A 1 bedroom flat located in Surrey quays, a short walk away from Canada waters. This flat has an open plan living area and a very large double bedroom. The two rooms both open onto the balcony with floor to ceiling sliding doors. The balcony faces south west so is perfect when the sun is out, the London skyline can be seen clearly with the shard, gherkin, London eye and more in view which is even more amazing to see at night.

A video of the flat can be sent on request - most furniture in pictures will be moved out with us, the bed and some other smaller items will come with the flat.

There is one bathroom with a shower bath. One boiler room that is currently being used for storage, as well as another deep storage room beside the bedroom.

This is newly renovated with a brand new kitchen and granite worktop, it comes with a fridge and freeze that are below the double countertop.

The building is pet friendly so if you have a pet then you can enjoy a wonderful animal community here!

Current tenant comment - we unfortunately have to move from this flat due to unforeseen circumstances. This place is wonderful and truly feels like home. Not only is the flat great the building community is as well, there are WhatsApp chats and Facebook pages and regular dog parties going on somewhere.
